Abstract

Статья анализирует состояние внешнеэкономической инфраструктуры России как части ее инфраструктуры в целом, в.т.ч. транспортного, информативного, финансового и кадрового обеспечения внешнеэкономических связей российских предприятий, которые сталкиваются здесь как с серьезными объективными, так и рукотворными проблемами.The article analyses the state of-the-art Russian foreign trade infrastructure as a part of her infrastructure as a whole with particular emphasis on transport, telecommunications, fi nancial services and human capital development and problems both real and artifi cial, facing Russian businesses herein.
