Abstract

В статье проанализированы основные таможенно-тарифные регулирования во внешнеэкономической деятельности Азербайджанской Республики, наряду с этим уделено внимание понятию регулирования в таможенно-тарифной сфере и путям решения имеющихся проблем. В то же время были выдвинуты предложения и рекомендации, имеющих важное научное, теоретическое и практическое значение в направлении решения рассмотренных общих проблем.
