Выбор Юрисдикций И Рынков Сбыта Трнснациональ-Ными Компаниями: Формализованный Подход

Abstract

В статье анализируется зависимость между уровнем налогообложения и выбором ТНК места инкорпорирования штаб-квартиры, а также определением варианта освоения зарубежных рынков: экспорт либо прямые иностранные инвестиции. Для тестирования взята модель исследователей Мюнхенского Университета, в которой рассматривается налоговая конкуренция двух юрисдикций. Показано, что при использовании этой модели решение задачи не может являться равновесием Нэша даже в случае, если юрисдикции полностью идентичны.
