Роль Суверенных Фондов На Современном Глобальном Рынке Капитала

Abstract

Появление ряда новых типов влиятельных институциональных инвесторов на мировом рынке капитала помогло осознать значительные изменения в глобальной финансовой системе. Инвесторы из развивающихся стран по своим объемам средств встали в одну линию с крупнейшими финансовыми организациями из стран ОЭСР, а рост финансовых центров в Сингапуре, Дубае и Шанхае обеспечил развитие лидирующих финансовых институтов и управляющих активами, не зависящих от западных финансовых центров Нью-Йорка или Лондона. Объемы активов под управлением наиболее заметных игроков развивающихся стран – суверенных фондов, продолжают демонстрировать свой устойчивый рост, невзирая на финансовые потрясения, наблюдаемые с 2007 года. В данной работе представлен анализ предпосылок создания и особенностей исторического развития суверенных фондов, в том числе в Российской Федерации.
