Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос о российской стратегии экономического развития с точки зрения присоединения к ВТО. Автор проводит анализ фактических тенденций интернационализации, в том числе M &А бизнес-сектора, показывающие распространенность правительственных и иностранных компаний в этом виде предпринимательской деятельности, на основе которой разработаны все соответствующие модели развития.
