Abstract

В настоящее время сформировался ряд тенденций функционирования транснациональных корпораций, например: укрупнение ТНК за счет слияний и поглощений и образования альянсов, изменения в региональном распределении ПЗИ, переориентация на сферу услуг, интеграция ТНБ, увеличение значения НИОКР. Целью статьи является анализ основных направлений инвестиционной деятельности современных транснациональных корпораций (ТНК) и влияние глобального финансово-экономического кризиса на их развитие.At the moment there a number of tendencies of development of transnational corporations was formed, such as: enlargement of TNCs through M&A and alliances, changes in regional preferences for FDI, turning to service sector, TNBs integration, growing importance of R&D. Th e aim of this article is to analyze the main trends of investment activities of transnational corporations (TNCs) and the impact of the global fi nancial crisis on their development.
