Abstract

В статье автор обосновывает необходимость придания корпоративной культуре организаций инновационного характера, стимулирующего всех сотрудников к поиску и внедрению изменений для повышения эффективности деятельности. Описываются отличительные характеристики новаторской культуры. Рассматривается «концепция семи сил изменения культуры» как возможный вариант действий менеджмента компании, которые приводят в движение процессы изменения культуры.The author substantiates the necessity of giving the corporate culture of organizations, innovative character, challenging all employees to identify and implement changes to improve performance. The article describes the distinctive characteristics of an innovative culture. It consideres «the concept of the seven forces of cultural change» as a possible course of action for the companys management, which sets the processes of cultural change in motion.
