Некоторые Аспекты Взаимодействия России И Сша В Европейском Банке Реконструкции И Развития

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты взаимодействия России и США в Европейском банке реконструкции и развития, с которым Россия сотрудничает с 1991 года. США выступают одним из крупнейших акционеров ЕБРР и имеют своего представителя в совете директоров Банка. У России и США как ключевых участников ЕБРР существует ряд общих позиций по вопросам функционирования Банка в части осторожности расширения географии работы Банка, преобразования его уставных документов и др. В то же время позиции России и США в банке различаются по ряду вопросов, касающихся увязывания предоставления финансовой помощи потенциальным реципиентам из стран СНГ с решением ими политических вопросов, что создает известное напряжение для России в отношениях с ее партнерами по региону.
