Abstract

В статье авторы обосновывают целесообразность оптимизации функциональной деятельности «больших» и «сложных» систем, с их многочисленными и разнородными элементами, опираясь на научно обоснованные возможности направлений и методов теории систем, в особенности основные образующие теорий: организации, оптимального управления, информации и принятия управленческих решений.In the article the authors proves the necessity of functional activity optimization of big and complex systems with their numerous and mixed elements. This optimization is based upon the scientifically valid potential of directions and systems theory methods, especially basic theories of: organization, optimal management, information and management decisions.
