Abstract

В статье дана краткая оценка состояния и перспектив переговорного процесса присоединения России к ОЭСР. Наибольшее внимание уделено вопросам международного инвестирования, в частности присоединению к Кодексу ОЭСР о либерализации движения капиталов и Кодексу ОЭСР о либерализации текущих невидимых операций. Сделаны выводы о возможных последствиях присоединения к этой Организации.The article contains a brief assessment of the current state and prospects of the negotiation process of accession of Russia to the OECD. Much attention is given to issues of international investment, i.e. accession to the OECD Code of Liberalization of Capital Movements and OECD Code of Liberalization of Current Invisible Operations. Conclusions on possible results of the OECD accession are made in the article.
