Abstract

Форум АТЭС представляет собой наиболее динамично развивающееся интеграционное сообщество. Участие России в форуме АТЭС одно из приоритетных направлений внешней политики в экономическом развитии Сибири и Дальнего Востока. Эффективными интеграционными условиями в сотрудничестве России и форума АТЭС наряду со многими являются региональный, транспортный и образовательный факторы.APEC Forum represents the most dynamic developing integrated society. Participation of Russia in APEC Forum is one of the priority directions of foreign policy in economic development of Siberia and Far East region. Regional, transport, educational factors along with many other factors are effective integrated conditions in cooperation of Russia and APEC Forum.
