Abstract

В настоящей статье изложены основные положения по руководству исполнением международных договоров купли продажи при осуществлении экспортно импортных операций российскими участниками ВЭД. Содержание статьи включает практические операции и действия российских юридических лиц (экспортеров и импортеров), которые необходимо выполнять и учитывать при исполнении контрактов с учетом действующего законодательства РФ, опыта и практики авторов статьи. Изложенные вопросы, по мнению авторов, могут быть весьма полезными и интересными для студентов, слушателей и преподавателей академии, интересующимися подобной проблематикой.
