Что Дало И Чему Не Мешает Членство России В Вто?

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются преимущества, полученные Россией в результате присоединения к ВТО. Опровергается точка зрения, согласно которой членство в ВТО станет серьезным препятствием для структурной пере-стройки российской экономики и осуществления промышленной политики. Делается вывод, что задача государственных органов и отечественного биз-неса – освоить основные положения правовых документов ВТО, научиться эффективно и грамотно действовать в рамках закрепленных в них норм.
