Abstract

Тенденции в распределении личных доходов и факторы их формирования представлены как основа наиболее острых проблем развития экономики США. Обоснована ключевая роль налоговой политики в регулировании социально-экономических процессов через воздействие на распределение и использование доходов. Как тяжесть рецессий, переживаемых экономикой США, так и успешность их преодоления во многом связаны с направлением налоговой политики.
