Повышение Качества Профессиональной Подготовки Преподавателей Иностранного Языка Высшей Школы

Abstract

В статье автор акцентирует внимание на том, что высокие требования к качеству подготовки специалистов обусловливают необходимость постоянного повышения квалификации, совершенствования методической подготовки и уровня профессиональной компетенции преподавателя высшей школы, формирования его как активного, сознательного, творчески относящегося к делу педагога. Подготовка преподавателя к инновационной деятельности эффективна, если решаются одновременно две задачи: формирование мотивационной готовности к восприятию нового и обучение использованию приемов и умений действовать по-новому, следовательно, очень важно обеспечить действующему преподавателю вуза организацию учебы на постдипломном этапе его профессиональной карьеры.
