Abstract

Настоящая статья рассматривает основные проблемы, связанные с использованием труда китайских работников в России и в Китае, особенности китайского трудового законодательства, которые необходимо учитывать иностранным инвесторам при организации и ведении бизнеса в Китае; разъясняет некоторые заблуждения и стереотипы, связанные с мифом о «дешевой китайской рабочей силе».
