Abstract

В статье рассматривается тенденция повышения роли услуг в мировой экономике, влияние инноваций на конкурентоспособность компаний, оказывающих услуги, анализируется процесс накопления и использования знаний в рамках компании, рассмотрено использование знаний в сфере информационных технологий, развитие экспорта инновационных услуг из Индии.In article is considered the tendency of increase of a role of services in economic, influence of innovations on competitiveness of the companies rendering services, process of accumulation and use of knowledge within the limits of the company is analyzed, use of knowledge in sphere of an information technology, development of export of innovative services from India is considered.
