Abstract

Космический протокол к Конвенции о международных гарантиях в отношении подвижного оборудования первое соглашение в международном космическом праве по коммерческому космосу. Конвенция и Протокол должны обеспечить инвестиционную привлекательность космической отрасли путем международного признания прав инвесторов в отношении космических средств. В статье приводится анализ ключевых норм документов и причин негативной оценки Протокола ведущими представителями частного космического бизнеса.
