Abstract

В работе рассмотрены возможные бюджетные последствия снижения среднего уровня адвалорной ставки импортного таможенного тарифа России. Необходимость снижения средней адвалорной ставки импортного таможенного тарифа обусловлена будущим присоединением России к ВТО. Модельные расчеты проведены для различных возможных сценариев присоединения России к ВТО, как одной страны, так и в составе Таможенного союза.
