Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные положения Монреальской конвенции 1999 г., предусматривающей унификацию некоторых правил международных воздушных перевозок. Проанализирована сфера применения Конвенции, ответственность перевозчика, претензии и иски при воздушных перевозках. Подробно проанализирована деятельность основных видов перевозчиков.
