Транспортный Фактор - Основа Межрегиональных Грузопотоков

Abstract

Центры роста и экономической интеграции мирохозяйственной системы страны Европы, Азии, Америки, образуют в совокупности геостратегический треугольник XXI века в котором формируются основные товарно-денежные потоки, и которые представляют для России приоритетное направление развития внешнеэкономических связей, в особенности реализации транспортных возможностей. Более того, существенная и увеличивающаяся во времени часть спроса на межстрановые и межконтинентальные перевозки будет удовлетворяться преимущественно железнодорожным транспортом, а роль России с ее «потенциалом транзитности» и наличием Транссибирской магистрали существенно возрастет.
