Совершенствование Систем Поддержки Экспорта В Зарубежных Странах

Abstract

В статье автор анализирует причины создания и развития Экспортных кредитных агентств в России и рассматривает возможную структуру такой организации. Выполнен анализ фактических данных по кредитованию экспорта в 25 странах членах ОЭСР за 7-летний период (1999 2005 гг.). Результаты исследования показывают, что экспортные гарантии и страхование экспортных кредитов являются наиболее предпочтительными средствами финансирования экспорта, они в большей степени стимулируют экспорт машин и оборудования, чем предоставления прямых экспортных кредитов.
