Abstract

Автор рассматривает причины современного экономического кризиса (избыточное и необеспеченное кредитование, а также быстрая и массовая трансформация одних видов финансовых активов в другие, превращение «плохих» долгов в надежные.), его отличительные черты (минимальная связь с международной торговлей товарами и услугами). Предлагаются решения проблем путем разработки новых правил работы надежной межгосударственной системы контроля за функционированием капитала и финансовых рынков.
