Abstract

Новое тысячелетие диктует свои условия и новые требования развитию мировой космической деятельности: мировое космическое сообщество объединяет усилия и ресурсы для реализации новой стратегии перехода от научных исследований к практическому использованию инновационных космических технологий и материалов на благо человечества, которое требует выработки соответствующих нормативно-правовых механизмов. В настоящей статье рассматриваются международно-правовые основы и национальные особенности инновационного законодательства на примере США, Евросоюза и КНР, выявляются и анализируются механизмы и стратегии, успешно реализуемые в указанных регионах и могущие послужить отправной точкой модернизации экономик ряда стран мира путем их инновационного развития.
