Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы защиты и коммерческой реализации изобретений, ноу-хау и объектов технологии при выполнении НИОКР, монополия патентовладельца на промышленное и коммерческое использование изобретений в странах, выдавших патенты, лицензии, продаваемые лицензиатами лицензиарам на усовершенствования предметов лицензионного договора.
