Сравнительные Преимущества Стран В Глобальной Высокотехнологичной Сфере: Новые Подходы К Оценке

Abstract

Впервые предложено при расчетах высокотехнологической составляющей в структуре экспорта страны использовать весовой коэффициент доля добавленной стоимости в выручке от реализации продукции. Для более объективной оценки позиций страны в глобальной высокотехнологичной сфере впервые предложено ввести в научный оборот новые индикаторы выявленных сравнительных преимуществ: RSP коэффициент выявленной производственной специализации, CAVA коэффициент сравнительных преимуществ страны в создании добавленной стоимости, REX выявленный эффективный экспорт.
