Abstract

В статье приводятся результаты анализа развития инфокоммуникационного рынка стран, входящих в Региональное содружество в области связи, по различным параметрам инфокоммуникационного развития, в сопоставлении с мировым развитием инфокоммуникаций в разрезе регионов мира с выделением развитых и развивающихся стран на основе всемирной базы данных МСЭ по показателям в области электросвязи и ИКТ и данных РСС. По результатам анализа даются выводы о специфике и перспективах регионального развития инфокоммуникаций.
