Abstract

В статье говорится о том, что компетентный менеджмент является основным условием конкурентоспособности компании, и ее успеха на мировом рынке. Автор статьи обращает внимание на развитие управленческих компетенций менеджеров, так как они представляют наибольшую сложность и важность для компании. Приводится ряд примеров оценки и развития управленческого потенциала в российских компаниях с учетом международного опыта.
