Abstract

Использование так называемого биотоплива широко обсуждается экономистами и политиками многих стран. Некоторые аргументы сторонников активного коммерческого использования биотоплива получили развитие и в России. В настоящей статье сделана попытка всестороннего рассмотрения опыта государственной поддержки внедрения биотоплива в Соединенных Штатах Америки.Market utilization of so called biofuel is widely discussed by economists and politicians of many countries. Some of the arguments for commercial utilization of biofuels found its apologists in Russia as well. The article is an attempt of comprehensive review of US experience in government sponsored utilization of biofuel.
