Международно-Правовые Последствия Создания Таможенного Союза В Рамках Евразэс

Abstract

В представленной статье анализируются возможные международно-правовые последствия передачи при создании Таможенного союза (ТС) части полномочий государством создаваемому наднациональному органу ТС. Кроме этого, исследуется вопрос о возможном изменении международной правосубъектности Российской Федерации как участника ТС, учитывая права и обязанности Российской Федерации, вытекающие из ее членства в международных организациях и из ее участия в действующих международных договорах соответствующего профиля и каковы могут быть в концептуальном плане пути формирования договорно-правовой базы ТС с третьими странами.
