Abstract

В настоящей статье рассматривается вопрос правового регулирования ответственности за причинение вреда жизни и здоровью потребителям товаров, работ или услуг в правовой системе США. Англо-саксонская правовая система позволяет учесть различные правовые подходы при определении оснований ответственности и виновных лиц за причинение вреда. В рамках настоящей статьи автор исследовал основные правовые концепции в праве США, на которых строится система защиты американских потребителей.This article considers the legal regulation product liability law in the legal system of the USA. The EnglishSaxon legal system allows to consider various legal approaches to define the basis of responsibility and persons guilty for the injury. Within the limits of the present article the author researched the basic legal concepts in the USA on which the system of protection of the American consumers is based.
