Abstract

Для формирования в России полноценного финансового центра, который бы позволил повысить стабильность национальной валюты и финансового рынка, необходимы шаги по обеспечению повышения инвестиционной активности граждан, упрощению доступа для иностранных инвесторов к российскому финансовому рынку, упрощение и универсализация инфраструктуры рынка ценных бумаг, а так же создание эффективной системы регулирования и надзора.
