Abstract

As the world experience of development of the world economy shows, coastal territories are the most attractive for the social and economic development of the regions. However, this problem has not been paid enough attention to yet. Great theoretical and practical potential of integrated development management of the coastal areas has already been accumulated in the world. Systematic comprehension of the problems of regional development of existing coastal territories and working out common organizational approaches to effective management of these territories are required now in Russia.
