Abstract

В статье рассматриваются предпосылки, вызывающие необходимость совершенствования управления в посткризисный период. Особое внимание уделяется направлениям развития форм и методов управления. Обращается внимание на возможность и необходимость использования отдельных форм управления российскими предприятиями на современном этапе развития.The preconditions causing perfection of management during the postcrisis period are considered in the article. Special attention is given to directions of development of forms and management methods. Attention to possibility and necessity of use of separate forms of government of Russian enterprises at the present development stage is paid.
