Abstract

Рассматривается роль российских компаний на мировом рынке депозитарных расписок на основе таких показателей, как количество и стоимость программ спонсируемых депозитарных расписок. Проводится обзор ведущих торговых площадок, где размещаются депозитарные расписки. В конце статьи делаются выводы относительно занимаемых позиций российских компаний, осуществляющих выпуски АДР и ГДР.The role of Russian companies on the world depositary receipts market is considered. The number and cost of the sponsored depositary receipts programs are the main indices of the study. The main trading floors where depositary receipts are placed are overviewed. The rating and significance of the Russian companies issuing ADR and GDR are briefly discussed in the summary.
