Abstract

В статье, состоящей из трех частей, оценивается влияние финансово-экономического кризиса на состояние железнодорожной отрасли России. Анализируются факторы, позволившие смягчить действие кризиса в 2009 году. Вторая часть статьи полностью посвящена анализу и последствиям структурной реформы Российских железных дорог, которую планировалось завершить уже в 2010 году. В заключительной части статьи оцениваются новые инициативы ОАО «Российские железные дороги», которые направлены на формирование новой модели рынка грузовых железнодорожных перевозок на период до 2015 года.
