Грядущий Штурм Арктики: Война Или Мир?

Abstract

В статье анализируется новая глобальная проблема, связанная с освоением Арктики в связи с наличием в этом регионе крупных запасов нефти и газа, показаны противоречия между США, Россией, Канадой, Норвегией и другими северными странами по поводу доступа к этим ресурсам. Анализируются последствия потепления климата как в отношении Арктики, так и в отношении других регионов планеты. Высказывается ряд рекомендаций для учета их в российской внешней политике.The article analyses the new global challenges posed by the development of the Arctic in connection with major oil and gas resources. Contradictions between the United States, Russia, Canada and other countries over access to these resources are shown. The article also analyses the consequences of he climate warming in relation to both the Arctic and other regions of the globe. A number of recommendations are given for Russias foreign policy makers to take account of.
