Abstract

Автор рассматривает в статье основные принципы функционирования национальных инновационных систем за рубежом, в частности США, Великобритании, Канаде, Финляндии. Специальное внимание уделено инновационной системе Финляндии. Выделены главные направления деятельности специальных фондов по стимулированию инноваций, разработаны рекомендации, которые могут быть полезными для России.
