Abstract

Статья рассматривает один из важнейших аспектов двустороннего экономического сотрудничества. На примере отношений между двумя государствами с различным масштабом и уровнем развития национальной экономики автор соотносит уровень социально-экономического развития прилегающих территорий и раскрывает преимущества соседства. Особое внимание уделяется вопросу межведомственной координации и государственного регулирования трансграничных экономических связей.Cross-border economic ties (in terms of interaction between Russia and Finland) Th e article examines one of the major aspects of bilateral economic cooperation. Based on the example of relations between two states with diff erent scope and levels of national economy development the author correlates the rate of social and economic growth of adjacent territories and reveals the advantages of neighborhood. Special focus is made on the issue of interagency coordination and state regulation of cross-border economic ties.
