Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена особенностям осуществления кадастровой деятельности в Италии. К наиболее важным блокам информации относятся: законодательный, содержащий нормы различных отраслей права; управленческий, позволяющий определить позицию, занимаемую государством, документально-фактический, раскрывающий наиболее принципиальные фактические моменты осуществления указанной деятельности и те документы, в первую очередь, входящие в состав кадастра, которыми они оформляются. По мнению автора, настоящий материал представляет интерес не только с познавательной точки зрения, но также может оказаться полезным законодателям и специалистам, практикующим в соответствующих областях деятельности.
