Abstract

В процессе внешнеэкономического обмена Россия применяет многообразие форм и методов экспортно-импортных и инвестиционных операций. Некоторые, включая т.н. сделки офсет, носят сложный, многоступенчатый характер и требуют сопутствующих мер государственной поддержки. Для достижения большего эффекта следует критически осмыслить опыт ведущих стран-конкурентов и проявить должную поддержку данному виду сложных сделок, в том числе со странами СНГ.
