Abstract

В статье автор акцентирует внимание на том, современная концепция образования делает личность обучающегося и учебную деятельность центральными объектами в модели образовательного процесса высшей школы. Таким образом, в личностно ориентированной системе образования процесс обучения организуется как равнопартнерское сотрудничество преподавателя и студента, требующее от преподавателя создания комфортной учебной среды и психологической атмосферы, способствующих удовлетворению таких важных социально-психологических потребностей студента, как потребность в признании, уважении, внимании со стороны преподавателя и других студентов группы.
