Abstract

В статье анализируется ситуации на мировом энергетическом рынке на рубеже 2011 -2012 гг., осложненное обострением политической обстановки в энерго-значимых регионах (в частности, на Ближнем и Среднем Востоке), стремлением ряда государств к “перенастройке” систем и схем торговли и транспортировки энергоносителей при усилении роли нетрадиционных видов источников энергии, а также ввиду негативных последствий природных и техногенных катастроф.
