Abstract

Современный этап хозяйственного развития общества, отягощенный проявлениями действующего ещё мирового финансово-экономического кризиса, выдвигает в качестве приоритетов проблему социальной ответственности бизнеса. В соответствии с этим в теории и практике необходим поиск новых решений построения социально ориентированной модели развития российского общества. В качестве такого подхода построения данной модели может быть использован оптимизационный критерий «максимакса», отражающий возможный максимальный социальный эффект, получаемый максимальном использовании потенциала хозяйственного развития регионов России.
