Abstract

В статье рассматриваются стартовые условия вступления России в принципиально новую эпоху своего экономического развития, связанную с вхождением во Всемирную торговую организацию, главный признак которой резкое повышение открытости национального хозяйства, и в том числе корпоративных систем внешним факторам глобальной экономики. Обосновывается, что Россия пока не готова конкурировать на глобальных рынках в рамках спекулятивного финансового турбокапитализма, от которого необходимо совершить фундаментальный разворот к производительному капитализму на основе укрепления позиций государства в экономике, то есть возврата ему ключевого ресурса экономической субъектности. Предлагается предпринять особые меры в сфере экономической политики для защиты национальной экономики от влияния глобальных валютных, кредитно-долговых, конъюнктурных и других кризисных шоков с использованием ключевых инструментов модернизационной трансформации отечественной корпоративной системы.
