Abstract

В статье подчёркивается возрастающая роль денежно-кредитной и валютной политики как эффективного средства защиты экономики от внешних шоков. Рассматривается специфика российской валютной политики. Она определяется сущностью рубля как национальной валюты, особенностями валютного режима, характером валютной политики, ролью валютного фактора в обеспечении связи между реальным сектором и денежно кредитной системой.The growing role of monetary policy as the first line of defence against external shocks is stressed in the article. Features of Russian monetary policy are determined by the essence of ruble as national currency, specific features of monetary system, character of monetary policy, role of the ruble in the transmission mechanism connecting the monetary system and production.
