Abstract

их деятельности система сбалансированных показателей (ССП), разработанная американскими исследователями Капланом Р.С. и Нортоном Д.П. Обосновывается целесообразность ее применения в системе бюджетного планирования одной из крупнейших российских телекоммуникационных компаний ОАО «Связьинвест». Предлагается методический подход к определению задаваемых показателей, входящих в ССП, основанный на применении экономико-статистических методов.
