Abstract

Автор рассматривает объективные причины движения спекулятивного капитала на рынке недвижимости, основные факторы развития этого процесса, масштабы международного вложения «горячих денег» в недвижимость, основные организационные формы предпринимательства на данном рынке, попытки контроля за движением спекулятивного капитала на рынке недвижимости, показывает особенности вывоза спекулятивного капитала в зарубежную недвижимость из России.The author considers the objective reasons of movements of the speculative capital to the real estate, major factors of development of this process, scales of international investments of «hot money» in real estate, the basic organizational forms of business in the market in question, attempts of control over movement of the speculative capital in the real estate market, shows features of export of speculative capital to foreign real estate from Russia.
