Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы профессионального языкового обучения в экономическом вузе, в частности, обучение теории и практике ведения переговоров на английском языке в рамках специального курса во Всероссийской академии внешней торговли, г. Москва. Понятие «конфликт» представлен как неотъемлемая часть переговорного процесса; предложены пути урегулирования разногласий, отмечена важность развития прагматического компонента коммуникативной компетенции студентов.
