Abstract

В статье говорится о построении современной модели процесса управления кадрами среднего звена российской внешнеторговой организации. Сегодня многие компании сталкиваются с проблемой построения эффективной системы управления персоналом, которая могла бы позволить организациям соответствовать активно и быстро изменяющейся внешней среде. Эта проблема коснулась и организаций, занимающихся внешнеторговой деятельностью. Применение предлагаемой автором модели управления менеджерами среднего звена позволяет не только осуществлять отбор, подготовку и продвижение кадров, но и проводить прогнозирование и перспективное планирование руководящих кадров во внешнеторговой организации.
